WORKSHOP99 (“we”, “us”) designs and sells Framer website templates and offers product design services at www.workshop99.agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Name and email address, when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill in a form, or contact us, so we can reply to you and send the emails you signed up for.
Order details (name, email, product, amount), when you buy a template or All Access, so we can deliver your purchase and give you support.
Messages and attachments, when you message us by email or WhatsApp, so we can answer you and do what you asked.
Basic usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location), when you browse the website, so we understand what is useful and can improve the site.
We do not collect card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

We only share data with the services we need to run WORKSHOP99:
Framer: website hosting
Polar: checkout and payments
Brevo: email and newsletters
Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): WhatsApp messaging
Make: automations that connect these tools
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, for tax records). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. Email us at hello@workshop99.agency and we will reply within 30 days.
We follow applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
